agreement between you (either an individual or a single

software and may include associated media, printed

materials, and online or electronic documentation.

1. THE SOFTWARE

The SOFTWARE under this license is TEXTFILEWORKSHOP, hereinafter

known as "TEXTFILEWORKSHOP", which consists of executable files

and documentation.

2 . COPYRIGHT

All copyrights to TEXTFILEWORKSHOP are exclusively owned by TextFileWorkshop.com.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by TextFileWorkshop.com.

3. IMPORTANT NOTICE

By installing, copying, running, or otherwise using TEXTFILEWORKSHOP,

you agree to be bound by the terms of this license. If you do

not agree to the terms of this license, you must remove all

files relating to TEXTFILEWORKSHOP from your computer.

4. GRANT OF LICENSE

TextFileWorkshop.com grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive,

non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use TEXTFILEWORKSHOP

for personal and internal business purposes, provided any

copy must contain all of the original proprietary notices.

5. REVERSE ENGINEERING

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, modify, decompile,

disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer TEXTFILEWORKSHOP, or any

its part, except as provided for in this agreement. Any

such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and

automatic termination of this license.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TEXTFILEWORKSHOP is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is

expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk. The author

will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or

any other kind of loss while using or mis-using this software.
